Five Star Alliance Client Reviews - Burj Al Arab

James B., Jacksonville, FL. September, 2006
"The overall service of the hotel exceeded my wildest expectations. The size of the room was unreal. I would recommend this hotel to any person looking for the greatest experience of a life time. "

Duquesnois, Caen, France. March, 2006
"Necessary to stay 2 nights at least, 3 is best to enjoy the hotel accomodations. Super room, just disapointed because all the restaurants were fully booked."

Teresa A., Lisbon, Portugal. February, 2006
"Unexpected experience. Everything is unique; the architecture, decoration, space much space, personnel formation and attention, the variety and quality of the gastronomy, the views, the beach; an experience to be experienced. Our room was a suite, with more than 330 square meters, with a view of the Arabic sea, the shore and Dubai City. With all that so tempting outside, even though you would not want to live your room. Fabulous. And the service, everything you would like to have home."

H.R., Connecticut. February, 2006
"Burj Al Arab will delight, fascinate and please any average mind. Not everyone lives or can afford luxury. Burj Al Arab is a dreamland and the staff/team that is certainly highly trained to perfection and dedicated to making the guest feel happy special and penniless by the end their stay. I took my parents there, so it was worth it. I liked the little thoughtful gifts that came with each service. Example, flowers when you use the rolls royce transport, turndown service came with a hygiene gift instead of chocolate, the complimentary in suite dates and sweets, everything that was for free and thoughtful left a much larger impact on me rather than the hotel itself really."

Ray, Edmonton, Alberta. January, 2006
"We had a remarkable stay wished we could have stayed longer. The experience of the Burj al Arab was wonderful. I have to say that it all was terrific. "
